shipping policy

I do my absolute best to make shipping go as smoothly as possible for all of my clients.

 

SHIPPING & TRACKING:

When I arrange shipment, I put Clients information as the Receiver. Your information (phone number, address, etc.) as the Receiver is provided to the shipping company so that you will be contacted if any issues arise. Please be sure to check your email daily (inbox and junk folders) once you are informed by me that your shipment is en route.

Once JAM Bottle Cap Art drops the parcel off at the shipping company, JAM Bottle Cap Art is no longer liable for any issue that may occur. I will however keep in touch and reach out if necessary to rectify any issue.

JAM Bottle Cap Art is not held liable for the Client not receiving updates from the courier. It is the Clients responsibility to sign up for notifications and to check the status of your order. If your parcel is delayed or you feel it is taking too long please contact the shipping company first, then I will happily help you if there are more issues. 

​

Most often, I keep track of shipments on my end and will update clients if I notice the shipper or customs requires more information. Please respond to any required information as soon as possible to avoid the delay or return of your parcel.

All shipping fees include insurance and signature upon delivery.

 

It is the Clients responsibility to provide the correct address and ensure someone will be at the location to sign for the parcel.

 

INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS:

When it comes to customs and any additional duties, taxes, tariffs, or fees, payment is the responsibility of the Client. JAM Bottle Cap Art is not responsible for paying any additional shipping fees including duties, taxes, tariffs, or fees, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to shipment. My shipping fee does not include any import taxes or duties your country may charge. For Clients in the USA, I cannot guarantee whether or not the recently imposed 25% tariffs will be applied to artwork at the border.

I ship my artwork worldwide and rarely have issues. The most common reason for a delay of shipment are International Orders being stopped at customs for clearance. The majority of these delays at customs are due to additional fees that need to be paid by the Receiver, or customs might require the Clients SSN/EIN. Providing your SSN/EIN ahead of time may prevent delays at the border.

RETURNED PARCELS:

If your package is returned to JAM Bottle Cap Art for any reason, including the Client not paying any fee by the customs deadline, failure to be home (signatures are required for delivery), and so on, it is the responsibility of the client to pay for any additional shipping fees to resend the package. JAM Bottle Cap Art may apply an additional fee to cover any additional time and costs associated with scheduling a second shipment.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIMELINES:

Production times and shipping times are two different timelines. I will inform you of your approximate turnaround/production time when you confirm your order with me (as of May 2025 turnaround is ~12 months). Shipping times are provided by the shipping company and vary depending on your location, whether it needs to be cleared by customs, how fast any additional customs fees are paid by the Client, and so on.

 

Standard shipping times are typically 5-7 business days, however JAM Bottle Cap Art can not guarantee the shipping times provided by the shipper.
