refund policy

MOSAICS:

As you can imagine, it takes a lot of time and energy, planning, designing, creating...and so on, for every single commission. For this reason, refunds are not accepted for original mosaics.

Clients who order a commission are required to pay a 30% non-refundable retainer. This retainer is non-refundable as it covers my work done from our first conversation, to designing the commission, administrative work, billing, etc. Should you wish to cancel your commission, you may do so as long as the mosaic has not yet begun production. You waive your 30% retainer and will sign a cancellation contract.

PRINTS:

If you purchase a print from me in person, refunds are not an option, however you may exchange for another print of the same size/price as long as your print remains sealed and undamaged, and while supplies last.
